The Hickory Museum of Art plans a free Sunday Afternoon Jazz event as part of the Arbon Lane exhibit, with Donnie Propst & Friends from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Coe and Mezzanine Galleries. On April 27 from 6-9 p.m., the Orange County Historical Museum, Hillsborough will celebrate the opening of its permanent exhibit on the Civil War, "The Wrath to Come."
